
Originally from the Kansas City area, Dr. Maurice Pearl was an active individual growing up. He participated in Boy Scouts, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer and Track and Field. He would later continue his Football career at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin. During his time as an athlete, he suffered many injuries which initially spiked his interest in healthcare. He eventually chose chiropractic and decided to attend school at Logan University in St. Louis. There he focused on sports medicine, eventually doing his clinical work in the Biofreeze Human Performance Clinic. There he treated athletes from all over the metro area. This included division one athletes from the University of Missouri, the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and other local universities. He was also active with many groups and organizations serving in multiple leadership roles.
After Chiropractic college, he moved to Arkansas with his wife where practiced in the Northwest Arkansas region for several years before a short tenure in Fort Smith. He returned to Northwest Arkansas in 2021 to take over at Maximum Performance.Dr. Pearl enjoys spending his free time with his family and exercising. He is particularly interested in Crossfit, powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, powerlifting, Strongman and bodybuilding. Dr. Pearl is also an active member of the American Chiropractic Association where he serves as the Alternate Delegate for Arkansas and on various task forces and committees.
